Step into an impactful contract opportunity supporting young learners as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant for the 2026-2027 school year. This assignment runs from August 17, 2026, through June 4, 2027. You'll be working closely with a preschool SLP, fostering essential communication skills in young students while experiencing the rewarding environment of an elementary school.
In this role, your schedule will be 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. each weekday, totaling 35 hours each week and including a half-hour unpaid lunch. You’ll primarily serve at an elementary campus, collaborating with educators and providing direct support to students.
Desired Qualifications:
- Valid SLPA license or certification
- Experience as an SLPA in a school-based setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow SLP treatment plans and document student progress

Key Responsibilities:
- Implement speech and language therapy activities as directed by the supervising SLP
- Work with preschool students individually or in small groups
- Assist with assessments, data collection, and progress reports

- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with school and therapy protocols
