Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid SLPA license or eligibility for licensure in Tennessee
• Previous experience supporting speech-language services in a school or pediatric environment preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, collaborating effectively with students, educators, and families
• Ability to adapt to diverse learning needs and manage time efficiently
• Familiarity with implementing therapy plans and progress documentation under supervision
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professional standards of practice

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct therapy services to students in individual or small group settings as outlined by supervising SLPs
• Assist with conducting screenings and assessments as directed
• Support execution of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and document student progress accurately
• Prepare therapy materials and track session data in compliance with school guidelines
• Participate in team meetings, IEP reviews, and professional development as needed
