Qualifications & Experience:

• Associate’s degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program or equivalent
• Current SLPA license or eligibility to obtain licensure in Tennessee
• Experience in a school environment or pediatric population preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with supervising SLPs, teachers, and parents

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the implementation of Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals under the direction of a licensed SLP
• Support speech, language, and communication interventions and activities
• Document student progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with school policies
• Prepare and organize therapy materials for group and individual sessions
• Engage in team meetings and contribute to ongoing student support plans
