Key Qualifications:

  • Completion of an accredited SLPA program
  • Current SLPA certification or eligibility for state licensure
  • Previous experience working with school-aged children, preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with speech-language pathologists, teachers, families, and students
  • Adaptability and a passion for helping diverse learners thrive

Role Responsibilities:

  • Assist speech-language pathologists in delivering therapy and communication-based interventions
  • Support students individually or in small groups under supervision
  • Track and document student progress, data collection, and session notes
  • Prepare instructional materials and assist in maintaining an organized learning environment
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute insights to support student success
  • Foster an encouraging, inclusive, and positive atmosphere for all learners

This full-time schedule (37.5 hours per week) allows you to immerse yourself in the daily life of a school community.
