Key Qualifications:

  • Active SLPA license or eligibility in Colorado
  • Prior experience working as an SLPA in a school setting preferred
  • Understanding of IEPs and ability to follow therapy plans developed by SLPs
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed SLP
  • Support students with articulation, language, fluency, and social communication goals
  • Document student progress, collect data, and contribute to IEP meetings
  • Assist with therapy material preparation and activity planning
  • Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to promote student success
  • Uphold school policies and maintain confidentiality of student information
