Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Current certification as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
- Background in school or healthcare-based speech services, ideally with pediatric populations
- Experience providing support to students with a range of communication needs
- Proficient in both Spanish and English (bilingual required)
- Comfortable working with preschool to 6th grade students

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language services under the supervision of a licensed SLP
- Assist in implementing IEP goals for students with speech/language needs
- Support bilingual communication and expand access for Spanish-speaking families
- Collect data and monitor student progress, adjusting interventions as necessary
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other professionals within the school
- Provide resources and strategies to teachers and parents to reinforce communication goals
