School Speech Language Pathologist Assistant | Conroe, Texas

Step into a dynamic role supporting young learners as a licensed Speech-Language Pathology Assistant. In this contract position, you’ll play a crucial part in helping elementary students reach their communication goals. This onsite role offers the opportunity to deliver therapy, participate in evaluations, and collaborate during ARD meetings within a supportive school environment.

Key Qualifications:

• Active SLPA license required for school-based practice
• Experience in school or healthcare settings strongly preferred
• Familiarity with therapy, evaluations, and ARD documentation
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to effectively manage a diverse caseload of 60-80 elementary students

Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language therapy to students on an elementary campus
• Support evaluations and assist in preparing ARD reports and documentation
• Collaborate with SLPs, teachers, and educational staff to implement student plans
• Maintain organized session notes and progress records in accordance with district policies
• Foster a positive, supportive, and inclusive environment for students
• Ensure all services are provided exclusively onsite for the duration of the contract
