Qualifications & Experience:

• Active SLPA license required

• Compassion, patience, and a strong commitment to helping students succeed

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the implementation of speech and language therapy plans under SLP supervision
• Conduct group and individual sessions for students requiring speech/language support
• Assist with screenings, documentation, and progress reporting
• Adapt strategies to meet the cultural and linguistic needs of bilingual students
• Communicate progress effectively to teachers and families
• Participate in IEP meetings and school team activities as needed
