Qualifications & Experience:
- Active SLPA license required
- Previous experience working in a school-based setting strongly preferred
- Bilingual proficiency is a must (spoken and written)

- Ability to collaborate closely with supervising SLPs, teachers, and families
- Compassion, patience, and a strong commitment to helping students succeed
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation of speech and language therapy plans under SLP supervision
- Conduct group and individual sessions for students requiring speech/language support
- Assist with screenings, documentation, and progress reporting
- Adapt strategies to meet the cultural and linguistic needs of bilingual students
- Communicate progress effectively to teachers and families
- Participate in IEP meetings and school team activities as needed
