Qualifications and Experience:
- Active Texas state licensure as an SLPA (required by start date)
- Previous experience as an SLPA in a school setting is preferred, but not required

- Passion for working with children and supporting educational success
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students under the supervision of a licensed SLP
- Support students in achieving individualized education plan (IEP) goals related to speech and language
- Collaborate with SLPs, educators, and families to monitor progress and adjust intervention strategies
- Document therapy sessions and progress accurately, maintaining compliance with district and state requirements
- Participate in team meetings and professional development as needed
- Caseload age preferences may be discussed during the interview and will be considered to ensure a good professional fit
