  • Active SLPA license or eligibility for licensure
  • Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
  • Background in healthcare or educational environments is a plus
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
  • Reliable, flexible, and passionate about supporting student achievement

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with speech-language pathologists to deliver therapy and intervention plans
  • Conduct individual and small-group sessions under supervision, targeting receptive and expressive language, articulation, and social communication
  • Document student performance, progress, and participation as directed
  • Adapt activities to meet students’ individualized education program (IEP) goals
  • Work closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to foster a positive and inclusive environment
  • Support classroom integration of speech and language strategies
