Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid SLPA license for practice in TN
• Experience or strong interest in working with pediatric or school-aged populations
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, speech-language pathologists, and families
• Familiarity with planning and implementing therapy under supervision, as well as documenting progress

Key Responsibilities:

• Support students’ communication goals through direct intervention and activities
• Assist supervising SLP with administering therapy plans and individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Collect and maintain accurate records and data on student progress
• Adapt materials and activities to meet diverse needs of students
• Communicate progress and strategies with educational staff and caregivers
