Qualifications & Experience
- Current SLPA certification and state licensure required
- Experience working with students from elementary through high school preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
- Comfortable adapting to new environments and policies
- Commitment to supporting diverse student populations
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver direct therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
- Document student progress and assist in assessments
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families
- Support implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive school culture
