Qualifications & Experience:

  • Valid SLPA licensure and credentials required
  • Prior experience in a school-based setting strongly preferred
  • Ability to adapt to multiple school environments and effectively manage travel between locations
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Commitment to supporting students’ communication needs and individual goals

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement speech and language therapy sessions under the direction and supervision of a licensed SLP
  • Travel between designated school sites to serve assigned student caseloads
  • Document student progress and maintain accurate records according to school and professional standards
  • Assist with assessment procedures and development of instructional strategies
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and support staff to promote student development
  • Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and IEP processes as required
