Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid SLPA licensure and credentials required
- Prior experience in a school-based setting strongly preferred
- Ability to adapt to multiple school environments and effectively manage travel between locations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to supporting students’ communication needs and individual goals
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement speech and language therapy sessions under the direction and supervision of a licensed SLP
- Travel between designated school sites to serve assigned student caseloads
- Document student progress and maintain accurate records according to school and professional standards
- Assist with assessment procedures and development of instructional strategies
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and support staff to promote student development
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and IEP processes as required
