  • Background in school-based or pediatric speech-language services

  • Experience tracking and documenting student progress
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills for working with students, staff, and families
  • Flexibility and adaptability in classroom and therapy settings
  • Familiarity with IEPs and school documentation preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver small group and individual therapy sessions under the direction of a licensed SLP
  • Support students with diverse communication needs to achieve their goals
  • Prepare materials and adapt activities to support therapy objectives
  • Collect data and maintain accurate records on student performance
  • Communicate clearly with supervising SLPs, teachers, and families
  • Assist in screening and assessment as delegated
