Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Hold an active SLPA license/certification (state requirements must be met)
• Previous experience working with children or adolescents in school or healthcare environments
• Proficiency in implementing therapy protocols and lesson plans as directed by a licensed SLP
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with students, families, and staff
• Detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

• Support students with speech, language, and communication goals under SLP supervision
• Conduct guided individual and group therapy sessions, documenting student progress
• Assist in developing learning materials and maintaining accurate records of student performance
• Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to integrate communication goals into classroom activities
• Participate in IEP meetings when requested and contribute insightful feedback on student progress
