This role promises a full-time, in-person experience following a likely weekday schedule of 7:45 am to 3:45 pm, allowing you to enjoy both meaningful work and a satisfying work-life balance. Desired Qualifications:

  • Valid California SLPA license and credentials
  • Previous experience in school settings (elementary and/or middle school preferred)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new environments and engage with diverse student populations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality speech and language interventions to assigned students at all three sites
  • Collaborate with SLPs, educators, and families to develop and implement student plans
  • Document daily notes and progress, adhering to IEP goals and best practices
  • Participate actively in school meetings and multidisciplinary teams
