School-Based Speech Language Pathologist Assistant - Cypress, TX

Key Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active SLPA license in the state
• Previous experience in school-based settings or working with children/adolescents preferred

• Flexibility and adaptability within a fast-paced school environment
• Ability to follow written IEPs and clinical guidelines

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students under the supervision of a certified Speech-Language Pathologist
• Implement therapy plans and document student progress
• Assist with screenings, assessments, and preparation of therapy materials
• Maintain accurate records and collaborate on IEP reporting as required
• Communicate effectively with students, teachers, and families
