Key Qualifications:

  • Valid SLPA (Speech-Language Pathology Assistant) licensure or certification required.
  • Prior experience working in a school setting or with pediatric populations preferred.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Support implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs) designed by certified SLPs.
  • Assist students with speech, language, and communication needs under supervisory guidance.
  • Prepare educational materials and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Collaborate closely with educators, administrators, and families to foster student growth.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to progress reports.
