Speech Language Pathologist Assistant - Dalton, MA

Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid SLPA licensure or eligibility
• Previous experience or strong interest in school settings is preferred
• A solid understanding of student-centered speech and language support strategies
• Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Ability to adapt techniques to meet various student needs across grades Pre-K to 12
• Team-oriented mindset with a passion for enabling student success

Responsibilities:

• Assist with implementing speech and language therapy plans under supervision of an SLP
• Conduct individual and group sessions tailored to students’ IEP goals
• Support the evaluation and progress documentation processes
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to reinforce communication strategies
• Participate in IEP meetings and professional development as needed
• Maintain compliance with all relevant school and state policies
