Compensation: $35-40 per hour, based on experience and qualifications

We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and licensed Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our growing team in Daly City, California. Responsibilities

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the supervising SLP.
  • Document therapy sessions and student/client progress accurately and promptly.
  • Assist with preparing therapy materials and maintaining treatment records.
  • Collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary team members.
  • Follow all California state regulations and professional standards for SLPA practice.


Qualifications

  • Active California Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license required.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or a related field.
  • Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working with pediatric clients is preferred but not required.
  • Bilingual (Spanish, Cantonese, Mandarin, or Tagalog) is a plus but not required.
