Key Qualifications:

  • Valid State licensure as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant

Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct therapy services to students according to their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and under the supervision of a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Support in developing, planning, and implementing therapy activities that promote students’ speech and language skills
  • Monitor student progress, maintain accurate records, and contribute to documentation and progress reports
  • Participate in team meetings and communicate effectively with staff and families
  • Adapt interventions based on student performance and clinician feedback
