In this rewarding role, you will provide both direct and indirect services, supporting students in their communication and language development. Key Qualifications:

  • Valid licensure or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA)
  • Previous experience in a school environment preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with students, educators, and fellow therapists
  • Flexibility and enthusiasm for supporting students with diverse needs

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech-language services as outlined in student IEPs
  • Assist the supervising Speech Language Pathologist with assessments and documentation
  • Monitor student progress and maintain accurate therapy records
  • Provide consultative support to classroom staff regarding student goals
  • Foster a supportive, inclusive learning atmosphere
