Qualifications:

  • Active SLPA certification/license for Oregon
  • At least one year of relevant school-based experience (no new grads, please)
  • Experience supporting SLPs with student interventions and therapy goals
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

  • Work onsite under the supervision of a licensed SLP
  • Assist in implementing prescribed therapy plans for students
  • Document and report on student progress
  • Support classroom teachers and engage with a multidisciplinary team
  • Prepare materials and facilitate activities that foster communication skills
