You'll enjoy guaranteed hours each week and receive compensation for both direct and indirect services, all while focusing solely on your caseload during contracted time—no extra duties like bus or parent pick up required.

Desired Skills and Background:

  • Valid SLPA license or credential (Oklahoma state requirements)
  • Prior experience in schools or with pediatric populations strongly preferred
  • Ability to collaborate with Speech-Language Pathologists, educators, and families
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Commitment to fostering a supportive, positive environment for students
  • Comfortable adapting to needs across various grade levels, from kindergarten to high school

What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver speech and language therapy to students under SLP supervision
  • Support implementation of IEP goals and help monitor progress

  • Maintain accurate records, session notes, and documentation
  • Act as a resource for students, teachers, and families regarding communication needs
