Qualifications & Preferred Experience:
- Active SLPA licensure or certification in Oklahoma
- Previous school-based experience as an SLPA is strongly preferred
- Familiarity with providing speech and language interventions in educational environments
- Ability to adapt to a flexible caseload (to be determined)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Team-oriented mindset and a commitment to supporting a diverse student population
Responsibilities Include:
- Implementing speech and language therapy activities as directed by supervising SLPs
- Supporting students’ communication development through individual or small group interventions
- Documenting student progress and maintaining accurate records in accordance with school policies
- Assisting with preparation of therapy materials and managing session logistics
- Participating in team meetings, IEP processes, and ongoing professional development as needed
- Collaborating with educators and families to support student success in the classroom
