Position Overview:

  • Contract assignment at an elementary school
  • 21 hours per week, scheduled Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, 8:30 am–4:00 pm
  • Work closely with students and the school’s SLP team to deliver high-quality speech and language services

Qualifications:

  • Valid SLPA license or credential
  • Prior experience working in a school setting is essential
  • Strong ability to quickly adapt and confidently manage a caseload in an educational environment
  • High level of professionalism and reliability—ready to step in and begin supporting students in October
  • Only candidates with direct schools experience will be considered

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver targeted speech and language interventions under the supervision of the on-site SLP
  • Collaborate with teachers and support staff to address student communication goals
  • Accurately document sessions, maintain records, and contribute to IEP processes as needed
  • Communicate progress and needs to SLP supervisor, staff, and families

This opportunity provides a predictable schedule—21 hours per week—without the possibility of increasing to 30 hours per week. No SLP-CCC or CF supervision required; the need is strictly for an experienced SLPA.
