Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Valid SLPA licensure in Illinois
- Previous experience supporting speech-language services within educational environments is highly valued

- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Compassionate, patient, and adaptable approach with students
- Organizational skills to manage caseloads and maintain accurate records
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support to students under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
- Implement therapy activities as part of individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Assist with screening, preparation, and interpretation of assessment materials
- Document student progress and report information to supervising SLP and educational teams
- Communicate with teachers and parents regarding student goals and achievements
- Help create engaging, supportive, and inclusive learning environments for all students
