Qualifications:
- Active SLPA license in the state of Illinois
- Previous experience working with children or adolescents preferred
- Familiarity with IEP documentation and school protocols a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy services as outlined by supervising SLPs
- Assist in the development and implementation of therapy plans
- Prepare and organize materials for treatment sessions
- Track student progress and maintain detailed records
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
- Participate in meetings, trainings, and professional development when required
