Qualifications:

• Active SLPA license in the state of Illinois
• Previous experience working with children or adolescents preferred
• Familiarity with IEP documentation and school protocols a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language therapy services as outlined by supervising SLPs
• Assist in the development and implementation of therapy plans
• Prepare and organize materials for treatment sessions
• Track student progress and maintain detailed records
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
• Participate in meetings, trainings, and professional development when required
