Key Qualifications:

  • Active Minnesota SLPA license is required at the time of application (pending licenses are not accepted)
  • Must have dual certification clearly documented; a PDF of your MN SLP license must be included
  • Experience or strong interest in school-based speech therapy support
  • Skilled communicator able to connect effectively with students, staff, and families
  • Solid time management abilities and attention to detail

Your Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech-language pathology assistant services on-site to students as directed by supervising SLPs
  • Implement individualized education program (IEP) goals with fidelity
  • Maintain accurate records and progress notes for assigned caseloads at both Northdale Middle School and Andover sites
  • Collaborate with supervising SLPs, teachers, and school teams to support student success
  • Participate in staff meetings, IEP sessions, and professional development as needed
