Desired Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assisting or related field (Bachelor’s preferred)
- Current SLPA license in Maine, or eligibility to obtain
- Prior experience in school-based settings is highly desirable
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently under the supervision of an SLP

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and indirect speech-language services to students, under the supervision of a certified Speech-Language Pathologist
- Support implementation of individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Track student progress and maintain accurate documentation of sessions
- Assist with creating engaging instructional materials and activities tailored to student needs
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student success
- Participate in ongoing professional development as required
