Apply NowExciting opportunities are available for enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) eager to make a difference within school environments near Englewood, Colorado. This contract position begins August 12, 2026, and concludes May 28, 2027, offering both full-time and part-time roles.
Two full-time SLPAs will support students at the elementary and middle school levels, working across campuses in Highlands Ranch and Parker. The part-time SLPA (three days per week) will split time between a middle school and a high school in Castle Rock and Parker. Each SLPA will be based primarily in one building, promoting consistency and strong student relationships.
Key Qualifications:
- Active Colorado SLPA license required
- Prior experience supporting speech and language goals in school settings strongly preferred
- Comfortable working collaboratively with supervising SLPs, educators, and families
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Adaptable and able to efficiently manage caseloads across grade levels
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language services to students under SLP supervision
- Assist in carrying out individualized education programs (IEPs) and documenting student progress
- Support group and individual therapy sessions across assigned school sites
- Collaborate with SLPs, classroom teachers, and other staff members to support students’ communication needs
- Maintain organized records and provide timely progress updates
