Qualifications & Experience:
- Must hold a current, active North Carolina SLPA license
- Previous experience in school settings preferred
- Comfortable traveling between various school campuses
- Strong collaboration skills with supervising SLPs and educational staff
- Effective communication with students, teachers, and parents
- Ability to adapt to different age groups and caseloads
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language interventions under the supervision of a licensed SLP
- Deliver individual and small-group therapy, supporting IEP goals
- Maintain accurate client records and detailed progress notes
- Prepare and organize therapy materials for sessions
- Collaborate with educational staff to foster a supportive learning environment
- Assist in screenings and assessments as directed by the supervising SLP
