Step into a rewarding contract opportunity as a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant serving students across multiple school sites for the full 2026-2027 academic year. Starting mid-August and spanning through late May, you'll work onsite in an engaging educational setting, providing essential support in elementary, middle, or high school environments near Fayetteville, NC. This is a full-time position with a consistent Monday to Friday schedule, totaling 37.5 hours each week.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active North Carolina SLPA license is required (must be maintained throughout assignment)
  • Demonstrated skill and experience as an SLPA in schools or healthcare settings
  • Commitment to onsite service delivery; remote work is not available
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills for managing a diverse caseload
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, students, and supervising SLPs

What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver speech and language interventions under the supervision of a licensed Speech Language Pathologist
  • Support students’ communication goals in classroom and small group settings
  • Document student progress, prepare session materials, and contribute to IEP processes as needed
  • Travel between multiple school sites as assigned
  • Foster positive relationships with students, staff, and families
