Qualifications:
- Active North Carolina SLPA license (required)
- Proven skills in supporting Speech Language Pathologists in school settings
- Prior experience as an SLPA in an educational environment is desirable
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Passion for helping students reach their full communicative potential
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language services under the supervision of a licensed SLP
- Support implementation of IEPs for a varied caseload (to be discussed during interview process)
- Document student progress and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Engage in school-based interventions and classroom support
- Foster a positive, inclusive environment for all students
