Qualifications:

  • Must hold an active North Carolina SLPA license
  • Previous experience in school settings preferred
  • Flexibility to work across multiple school sites (elementary, middle, and high school)
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Available for full-time, onsite work—37.5 hours/week, Monday through Friday

Responsibilities:

  • Support Speech Language Pathologists in direct therapy and classroom communication interventions
  • Manage a diverse caseload of students
  • Maintain accurate documentation per school and state requirements
  • Foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment
