Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active SLPA license in the state of Indiana, or ability to obtain prior to start
• Bachelor’s degree in speech-language pathology, communication disorders, or related field
• Previous experience working with children or in a school setting is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate with speech-language pathologists, teachers, parents, and other team members
• Organizational skills and the ability to maintain detailed records

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist speech-language pathologists in implementing therapy programs and interventions
• Work one-on-one or in small groups with students with speech and language needs
• Support data collection and progress monitoring under the supervision of an SLP
• Prepare and organize materials for therapy sessions
• Communicate effectively with team members about student progress and needs
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment
