Your background in school-based SLPAssisting will help foster communication growth for students through targeted interventions and ongoing collaboration with credentialed Speech-Language Pathologists. Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Active SLPA licensure in California
- Previous experience working in a school environment is highly valued
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
- Reliable, punctual, and dedicated to supporting student success
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and indirect therapy services under the guidance of a licensed SLP
- Assist with documenting student progress and preparing materials
- Participate in developing and implementing therapy plans
- Communicate regularly with teachers and staff to support student goals
- Maintain confidentiality and follow school policies
