We are seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to work full time, Monday through Friday, in a lively school environment. You’ll have the chance to make a noticeable impact, working with a caseload of approximately 85 students, while advancing your career alongside dedicated professionals.

Role Highlights:

  • Contract position running through May 25th, 2027
  • Full-time schedule: 37.5 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 8:00 am to about 4:30 pm
  • All work performed onsite in a collaborative school setting
  • Working directly with students to support individualized speech therapy goals
  • Opportunity to serve a diverse group of learners

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech and language therapy treatments and activities as assigned by the supervising SLP
  • Support the documentation of student progress and maintain necessary records
  • Participate in team meetings and communicate regularly with teachers and staff
  • Prepare and organize materials for therapy sessions
  • Follow ethical guidelines and school policies
  • Provide encouragement and motivation to help students reach their communication goals

Desired Background:

  • Active SLPA license for the state
  • Previous experience in school settings is preferred
  • Commitment to effective collaboration with SLPs and school personnel
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage a varied caseload with professionalism and care
