We are seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to work full time, Monday through Friday, in a lively school environment. You’ll have the chance to make a noticeable impact, working with a caseload of approximately 85 students, while advancing your career alongside dedicated professionals.
Role Highlights:
- Contract position running through May 25th, 2027
- Full-time schedule: 37.5 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 8:00 am to about 4:30 pm
- All work performed onsite in a collaborative school setting
- Working directly with students to support individualized speech therapy goals

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy treatments and activities as assigned by the supervising SLP
- Support the documentation of student progress and maintain necessary records
- Participate in team meetings and communicate regularly with teachers and staff
- Prepare and organize materials for therapy sessions
- Follow ethical guidelines and school policies
- Provide encouragement and motivation to help students reach their communication goals
Desired Background:
- Active SLPA license for the state
- Previous experience in school settings is preferred
- Commitment to effective collaboration with SLPs and school personnel
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage a varied caseload with professionalism and care
