This full-time, onsite contract position runs through May 25th, 2027, offering the satisfaction of making a difference every day. With a consistent Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 am to around 4:30 pm, you’ll provide crucial speech therapy services for a diverse caseload of approximately 85 students, making a direct, positive impact in their educational journeys.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid certification and licensure as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant
• Minimum of 1 year hands-on experience in a school-based or pediatric setting
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Ability to provide therapeutic services under the direction and supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Compassion for working with students of varied backgrounds and abilities
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to school policies

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and group speech therapy sessions as outlined in student treatment plans
• Work collaboratively with supervising SLP, educators, and related staff to support student goals
• Collect and record data on student progress, maintaining thorough documentation
• Assist in developing materials and activities for therapy sessions
• Communicate updates and progress with supervising SLP and participate in team meetings as needed
• Follow school district guidelines for best practices, ethics, and service delivery
