Speech Language Pathologist Assistant in Fountain, CO

Qualifications & Experience:

• Active SLPA license required
• Colorado Department of Education (CDE) authorization necessary
• Previous school-based SLPA experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate closely with supervising SLPs, educators, and families
• Positive attitude and adaptability in a school setting

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to students under the guidance of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
• Support the development and implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Assist in documenting student progress and preparing session notes
• Participate in team meetings and communicate effectively with staff and families
• Prepare materials and activities to support language and communication goals
• Foster a supportive, inclusive, and motivating atmosphere for students
