Key Qualifications:

  • Active SLPA license and eligibility to work in an educational setting

Role Overview:

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy services to a caseload of 25 elementary students (K-5)
  • Work under the guidance and supervision of two experienced SLPs
  • Assist with the development and implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Collect data, monitor student progress, and maintain documentation as required
  • Communicate regularly with team members and participate in staff meetings as needed
  • Support classroom teachers by sharing strategies for enhancing student communication skills
