Key Qualifications:
- Valid SLPA license in Massachusetts
- Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
- Ability to work effectively with students from kindergarten through 4th grade
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Enthusiasm for contributing to a positive learning community
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to K-4 students under the supervision of a licensed SLP
- Assist with implementing IEP goals and individualized treatment activities
- Collect data on student progress and maintain timely, accurate documentation
- Support classroom teachers with strategies for fostering communication
- Collaborate with staff and families to promote student success
