Desired Qualifications:
- Active SLPA license or eligibility in the state
- Prior experience in schools preferred, but open to candidates with pediatric or clinical backgrounds
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with supervising SLPs, teachers, and families
- Familiarity with individualized education plans (IEPs) is a plus
- Flexibility, positive attitude, and commitment to student progress
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow treatment plans developed by supervising SLP for students with communication needs
- Provide direct therapy services individually and in small groups
- Collect data and document student progress in accordance with school policies
- Prepare therapy materials and support the implementation of speech-language goals
- Engage with parents, teachers, and other professionals in a supportive team setting
- Attend and contribute to team meetings as needed
