What you’ll need to bring:

  • Valid SLPA certification and authorization to practice in California
  • Familiarity with school-based and/or pediatric clinical experience preferred
  • Understanding of IEP processes and student goal tracking
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Willingness to participate in virtual and on-site meetings
  • Current ASHA SLP Certification

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting licensed Speech-Language Pathologists in implementing therapy plans for students
  • Supporting documentation and progress monitoring in accordance with district and state guidelines
  • Delivering targeted interventions and group sessions under the supervision of an SLP
  • Communicating clearly and compassionately with students, staff, and families
  • Maintaining accurate records and assisting with IEP preparations
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to address student needs
  • Participating in ongoing professional development activities
