Key Qualifications:

• Completion of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program (Associate’s) or a Bachelor’s in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active California SLPA license
• Experience in a school environment is highly valued
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to excel as part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team

Core Responsibilities:

• Assist Speech-Language Pathologists in implementing individualized therapy plans for students
• Conduct therapy sessions with students under supervision and document progress regularly
• Support assessments of students’ communication skills and help monitor their development
• Participate in team meetings, contributing effectively to student care plans
• Foster positive relationships with students, families, and educational staff
