Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) in Fremont, CA

Key Qualifications:

• Valid licensure/certification as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
• Experience in school-based settings, supporting children and adolescents
• Familiarity with healthcare protocols related to speech therapy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with students, staff, and families
• Ability to manage a dynamic caseload and adapt quickly to changing priorities

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and group speech-language therapy under the supervision of a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Support IEP implementation and assist in progress monitoring
• Collect and document student data, updating records as required

• Communicate regularly with supervising clinicians and educational teams
