Qualifications and Experience:

• Hold or be eligible for a valid SLPA license at the time of the interview
• Recent graduates or entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
• Enthusiasm for working with school-aged children in diverse settings
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, SLPs, and parents

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy services to students as outlined in their IEPs, under guidance of a licensed SLP
• Assist with speech and language screenings, as well as progress monitoring
• Support data collection and prepare materials for sessions
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to developing student treatment plans
• Document student progress with accuracy and maintain confidentiality at all times
• Adapt to a variety of classroom settings and engage students with creative therapeutic activities
