• California SLPA license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Previous SLPA experience in a school setting preferred, but not required

• Ability to implement therapy plans developed by supervising SLPs
• Detail-oriented and adept at maintaining documentation

Primary Responsibilities:

• Work directly with students under the supervision of a certified Speech-Language Pathologist
• Assist in implementing individualized therapy plans and classroom-based interventions
• Support data collection and progress monitoring to track student development
• Prepare therapy materials and organize resources for sessions
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to enhance student outcomes
• Uphold confidentiality and district policies in all interactions
