This contract position is set in a vibrant school environment and focuses on providing services to PreK-8th grade students at a single site. The full-time schedule offers consistency for the duration of the 2026–2027 school year, allowing you to make a real impact throughout the academic year.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Hold a current Arizona SLPA License
- Possess a valid IVP Fingerprint Card
- Previous experience in school or pediatric settings preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively with students, educators, and families on site
- Commitment to a full-time, 40-hour work week during the academic calendar
- Must be available August 3, 2026–May 26, 2027
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language pathology services under the supervision of a licensed SLP
- Support the implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students
- Assist in screening, assessment, and therapy session preparation
- Collect data and maintain accurate documentation of student progress
- Participate as a proactive member of the educational team at one school site
- Communicate professionally with staff and caregivers regarding student needs and progress
