You will work across two campuses, providing support to a diverse caseload of approximately 60 students. This position offers rich variety, collaboration opportunities, and the reward of working closely with children and school staff. Assignments begin as soon as possible and extend through May 21, 2027, allowing you to build strong relationships and contribute lasting outcomes.
Key Qualifications:
- Active SLPA license required
- Previous experience in school-based settings desirable
- Competence working with K–8th grade students
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Ability to travel between two locations within the Fort Worth area
- Enthusiastic, team-oriented, and student-centered approach
Primary Responsibilities:
- Support implementation of speech and language therapy plans under the guidance of an SLP
- Deliver individual and small group sessions for students with a range of communication needs
- Accurately document student progress and update records
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families to ensure integrated care
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and engaging school environment
- Adapt activities and materials to meet individual student goals
