Key Qualifications:
- Active SLPA license or eligibility in Colorado
- Previous experience working with school-age children, preferably in a school setting
- Proficient in delivering direct and indirect speech-language services
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and fellow specialists
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments for students in PreK through 12th grade under the supervision of a licensed SLP
- Develop and implement intervention activities in both individual and group settings
- Participate in IEP meetings, sharing insights that guide student progress and support
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and therapy sessions
- Communicate with families and educators to optimize support strategies
- Work closely with a supervising Speech Language Pathologist for ongoing guidance and professional growth
