With a manageable caseload of 60 students, you’ll collaborate closely with a dynamic team, helping to ensure every child receives the guidance and support they need to thrive.
Key Qualifications:
- Active SLPA licensure in Texas is required
- Previous experience providing speech and language services in schools, particularly with K-8th grade students, is highly valued
- Confidence working across multiple campuses and managing a diverse caseload
- Strong communication and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative under guidance from supervising SLPs
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy to students under the supervision of an SLP
- Implement therapy plans and document student progress according to established IEP and district guidelines
- Assist with screenings, assessments, and materials preparation as needed
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student communication needs
- Travel between two designated campuses in Fort Worth as part of your weekly schedule
