Desired Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree or higher from an accredited SLPA program
  • Current SLPA licensure (or eligibility) in Indiana
  • Previous experience in a school setting is strongly preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Passion for working collaboratively with children, educators, and families

Core Responsibilities:

  • Carry out therapy plans and treatment activities designed by supervising SLP
  • Assist with screening and documentation of student progress
  • Prepare and organize therapy materials
  • Support data collection, progress monitoring, and reporting as needed
  • Work closely with SLPs, teachers, and other staff to enhance student outcomes
  • Provide feedback and communicate student needs to the supervising therapist
