Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Assist licensed Speech-Language Pathologists with delivering high-quality therapy services
  • Implement therapy plans for students with a range of speech and language disorders, under SLP supervision
  • Document student progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state guidelines
  • Support classroom teachers and staff by providing strategies to facilitate student communication
  • Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and team collaborations as needed
  • Contribute to developing engaging activities that build students’ confidence and communication skills
