Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active SLPA license (or eligibility) in Indiana
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills

• Flexibility and willingness to adapt to classroom routines and needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement speech and language therapy plans developed by SLPs
• Provide direct and indirect services to students aligned with IEP goals
• Collect data and document student progress
• Collaborate with teachers and school staff to integrate strategies and supports
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and professional development as needed
