Step into a rewarding contract role supporting students’ communication goals for the 2026/2027 school year. As a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) working onsite, you’ll collaborate closely with an experienced Speech Language Pathologist and the broader school team to help students make meaningful progress. This position offers a full-time schedule—37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday—providing consistency and the chance to build lasting relationships with students.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

  • Active Georgia SLPA license or required state certification
  • Previous experience in school-based settings is a plus
  • Familiarity with supporting speech and language services under SLP supervision preferred
  • Demonstrated strength in communication, organization, and documentation
  • Ability to commit to full-time, onsite work throughout the school year

What You’ll Do:

  • Support implementation of individualized treatment plans developed by a licensed SLP
  • Assist students with speech and language objectives through individual and small group sessions
  • Maintain accurate, thorough documentation and support progress monitoring
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to facilitate student growth and success
  • Uphold district and state regulations, ensuring all practices meet compliance standards
